Jo-Co Inground Pools are some of the strongest and well-built vinyl liner pools around. We start with a polymer pool wall that will not rust like steel walled pools. Then, we add to it the strength of concrete in our unique wall support structure. Then, we backfill around the pool with rock to ensure proper drainage around the pool. Finally, we use a unique pillaring system to ensure that your pool deck is sitting on a firm foundation and not poured on loose fill dirt like many of our competitors. Why do we only build vinyl liner pools? We believe they are the best pools suited for our geographic area. Concrete pools will need to be painted every 3-4 years and will eventually crack and no longer hold water. These pool paintings and crack repairs will cost thousands of dollars. The water table in our area is generally very high, making one-piece fiberglass pools prone to cracking, bulging and collapsing. A vinyl liner pool however, is very versatile, and with proper chemical maintenance, a vinyl liner will only need to be replaced approximately every 8-10 years. Jo-Co Radiant Pools are designed for the client who likes the look of an inground pool, but may be on a tighter budget. These pools are actually an on ground pool that can be set on top of the ground, or buried in the ground with a concrete deck poured around them.
